At Jack's Garage, we offer you more than just run of the mill VW servicing, we have specialist knowledge that takes years of training and experience to gain. We’re lucky to work out of an iconic location under the London railway arches, just a stone’s throw from Portobello Street Market and close to both Ladbroke Grove and Latimer Road Tube stations so there are plenty of public transport options available if you need be elsewhere while we service your VW, and of course, there’s a whole host of shops and eateries if you choose to stay local. Don’t worry about not being able to find us, you’ll know you’re near when you see all the lovely VWs parked up.

We’ve been servicing Volkswagens, and only Volkswagens, since the garage opened in 1995, so there really isn’t anything that we don’t know about them. As you can imagine, over the years we’ve worked on pretty much every model of VW that has ever been produced and we have such a deep love and enthusiasm for these vehicles that we really are the obvious choice when your VW needs servicing.

Our workshop in London W10, is well equipped with specialist tooling for all VW models, both modern and classic. Our team is committed to providing our customers with exceptional value for money and the very best workmanship and customer service. We’re all experienced mechanics and are trained up to IMI levels 3 and 4. So confident are we that we always do a great job, we are happy to guarantee all our work for 12 months/ 12,000 miles.

Don’t let anyone tell you that you have to take your VW to the main dealer to have it serviced if you want your warranty to remain valid – it’s just not true. In fact, since 2003, independent garages such as Jack's Garage have been authorised to carry out manufacturer servicing, and as long as we follow the VW servicing schedule and use genuine replacement parts and lubricants (which we do at Jack's Garage ), then your warranty is safe.
