Great on the phone, efficient and lovely in person

It usually takes a lot for me to write a review about anything online but Jack's Garage is probably the exception. Just such lovely little details they did, and honestly for a truly specialist garage their prices don't make me wince when I get the receipt. Put the car in for an engine service and 'fix whatever else might kill me' - despite the problems with the engine (nothing they did, just the nature of T3s) the other little touches they did were superb. Even as simple as replacing the window crank, or adding a dust cap for the front wheel, things I couldn't figure out, or overlooked myself - these made the news that my engine is dying just a little bit nicer to bear.

They were always great on the phone, efficient and lovely in person too.

Will continue to use Jack's for as long as I can.
